Popular questions

Frequently asked.

What is CaseFuze, and how does it help my firm?
CaseFuze is all-in-one legal practice management: case tracking, billing, IOLTA trust accounting, document management, staff tools, and workflow automation in one platform. It runs firms of every size, from one solo attorney to a multi-state practice with a thousand users and more, on the same plan. One system means more billable hours captured, fewer missed deadlines, and compliance you don't have to chase, all at $49 per user.
What does CaseFuze connect to today?
Read-only Plaid bank feeds, card and ACH payment processing, and an open API for anything custom. Bookkeeping is built in rather than integrated: bank transactions are split and applied to matters inside CaseFuze, so there is no separate ledger to keep in agreement. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email and calendar are in build, with cloud storage after them.
What's included in the $49 per user plan?
Everything: matter management, automated workflows, IOLTA trust accounting with three-way reconciliation, billing and invoicing, document management with e-signatures, and HR and staff management. Matters and storage are unlimited, and the app installs on every device your firm uses. No add-ons, no tiers, and no per-matter or per-client fee. Card and ACH payment processing is billed separately at 2.75%, or 2.25% at volume.
Is there a free trial?
There can be. Contact us to see how you can use our app for free. Conditions apply. Otherwise it is $49 per user, per month, with every feature on and migration and onboarding included.
How secure is my data?
Your data is protected with bank-grade security and encryption in transit and at rest, with access controlled and logged. See our Security page for the full detail.
How hard is it to switch from another system?
Not hard. Migration is free, with a dedicated onboarding specialist and import tools for your matters, contacts, invoices, and trust balances, and zero downtime during the move.
Can I use CaseFuze on my phone?
Yes. CaseFuze is a progressive web app: open it in the browser on your phone and install it to the home screen, where it opens and behaves like any other app. There is nothing to download from an app store and nothing for your IT person to deploy, and it installs the same way on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac. The whole platform is reachable from a phone, though the heavier work like a billing run or a month-end reconciliation is still easier on a full screen.
Is the AI safe to use with client files?
Yes. You choose from models across several providers, and every one of them runs under HIPAA-compliant terms with no data retention. Your prompts, uploads, and matter data are not stored by the models and are never used to train them. See the AI agent page for detail.
What can I do with online focus groups?
Build a group of one participant or several thousand, present video, documents, and photos, and ask true/false, multiple choice, and long-answer questions. Video responses collect timestamped emoji reactions, and the AI helps you pick participants, write the questions, and interpret what came back. The software is included at $49 per user, with no per-study fee for the platform itself. Paying the panel is separate: you compensate the participants, whether you recruit them from your own contacts or have CaseFuze supply them for an additional fee.
