Features/AI agent
AI agent · flagship

Legal AI for lawyers that already knows your cases.

Choose from HIPAA-compliant models across several providers. The agent reads your firm's own data, analyzes whatever you upload, and produces the documents you need. None of it is stored.

AI agent

An assistant with the whole file already open.

Because the agent is connected to your CaseFuze database, you never paste context into a chat window. Ask about a matter and it already knows the parties, the dates, the documents, and the ledger.

  • Pick your model. Several providers, all HIPAA compliant, switchable per task.
  • Zero retention. Your data is not stored by the models or used for training.
  • Reads and writes. Upload documents for analysis, get finished documents back.
Capabilities

What the agent actually does.

It is connected to your data and to whatever you hand it, so the work comes back finished rather than described.

Analyzes your firm data

Ask about a caseload, a client's history, where the month's billing went, or which matters are drifting. The agent queries your live CaseFuze records instead of guessing.

Reads what you upload

Contracts, medical records, depositions, discovery responses, spreadsheets. Upload it and ask what it says, what is missing, or what it means for the case.

Produces documents

Demand letters, client updates, memos, summaries, chronologies, and pleadings set on 28-line or 26-line paper. You get a draft to edit instead of a blank page to fill.

Interprets, not just retrieves

Compare two versions of a contract, find where a deposition contradicts a medical record, or explain why a number moved between two months.

A different model per task

Models have different strengths. Pick one for drafting and a different one for long-document analysis, on the same matter, in the same session.

HIPAA compliant, all of them

The models are served through Amazon Bedrock, a HIPAA-eligible AWS service covered by a business associate agreement. AWS does not store your prompts or train on them, and there is no non-compliant option sitting in the menu waiting to be picked by mistake.

Zero retention

The answer comes back. Your data does not leave.

Firms hesitate on AI for one reason: nobody wants privileged material sitting on somebody else's server. CaseFuze runs every model under HIPAA-compliant terms with no retention, so the material you send is used to answer you and then it is gone.

  • Nothing stored. Prompts, uploads, and query results are not kept by the model providers.
  • Nothing trained on. Your client files never become somebody's training data.
  • Nothing to configure. Every model offered is already compliant, so there is no wrong choice.
How it works

Four steps, no setup.

01

Pick your model

Choose from models across several providers. Every option in the list is HIPAA compliant.

02

Point it at the work

Open a matter, upload a document, or ask a question outright. Your firm's data is already in context.

03

Take the analysis or the draft

It explains what it found, or writes the letter, memo, summary or pleading you asked for, already in the format it has to be filed in.

04

Nothing is kept

When the task ends, the model retains nothing. Your data stays where it started, in CaseFuze.

Court-ready output

Pleadings on pleading paper, not prose in a chat window.

Most AI drafting stops at text, which leaves somebody rebuilding the document in Word with the line numbers, the caption and the footer set by hand. The agent produces the pleading in the shape it has to be filed in: 28-line paper where that is the standard, 26-line where the local rule or your own template calls for it, numbered down the left margin with the caption block already populated from the matter.

  • The caption fills itself. Parties, court, case number and attorney block come from the matter record rather than from the last complaint you copied.
  • The facts come from the file. Dates, treatment and damages are drafted from your own records, not from a summary you typed into a prompt.
  • It lands on the matter. The draft saves as a document on the case, ready to edit, review and file.

Check your court's local rule before filing. Line count, font, margins and footer requirements vary, and the format is set to your template so it matches what that court expects.

Coming soon

Built, and finishing testing.

These are working in development and will switch on for every firm at no extra cost.

Real-time web search

Let the agent pull current information from the web mid-task, so research is not limited to what is already in your files.

Audio and video transcription

Turn a recorded deposition, client interview, or hearing into searchable text the agent can analyze alongside the rest of the matter.

Predictive case analytics

Estimate likely case value, duration, and outcome from your firm's own history, to support settlement conversations with something better than instinct.
