Refund policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
CaseFuze does not issue refunds. Your subscription runs month to month, so cancelling is how you stop the charges. Cancel whenever you want and billing ends with the cycle you have already paid for.
CaseFuze, LLC sells one thing: a software subscription at $49 per user, per month. This page states our refund position in full, so nobody has to guess at it before they buy.
We do not issue refunds
Every amount you pay CaseFuze is non-refundable. That covers subscription fees, seats you added part-way through a month, and months in which nobody at your firm signed in. We do not pro-rate and we do not refund unused time.
We would rather you never needed a refund, so ask us about free access before you pay for anything. Migration and onboarding cost nothing either. The Contact page reaches a person.
Cancelling is how you stop the charges
Your subscription runs month to month. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
- Cancel whenever you want. Do it in account settings or email Support@CaseFuze.com. You do not owe us a reason.
- Cancellation lands at the end of the cycle you have already paid for. Your firm keeps working until then, and the next charge never happens.
- Removing a seat works the same way. The seat fee already charged stands, and the seat does not renew.
- Take your data with you. Matters, contacts, invoices, documents and trust records stay exportable for ninety days after the account closes.
What we bill, and when
- $49 per authorized user, per month, charged monthly in advance. Above 25 users we quote a per-seat figure for your headcount.
- Seats added mid-month are pro-rated across the days left in that month.
- Card and ACH processing for the payments your firm collects from its own clients sits outside the subscription, at 2.75% or 2.25% at volume. Those transaction fees are non-refundable as well.
- We give thirty days' written notice before any price change.
Late payment
If a subscription fee sits unpaid for more than ten days past its due date, we can suspend access until the balance clears. Suspension is not cancellation, and a suspended account keeps billing. Cancel it if you want it to stop.
Cards we accept
Pay your subscription with any of these:
Money your firm collects from its own clients through CaseFuze is a different thing. Refunding a client is your call to make inside your own trust and operating rules, and how those payments get routed is covered on the Payment processing page.
A charge you think is wrong
Email Support@CaseFuze.com within thirty days of the charge appearing and we will look at it. If we billed you for something you did not buy, we fix it.
Going straight to your bank with a chargeback instead can leave the account suspended while the dispute runs, which helps neither of us. Talk to us first.
How this fits the rest
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and states the same position as Section 4.4 of them. Nothing here removes a refund we are required by law to give.
