Questions
Pricing, answered.
What's included in the $49 per user plan?
Everything: matter management, automated workflows, IOLTA trust accounting with three-way reconciliation, billing and invoicing, document management with e-signatures, and HR and staff management. Matters and storage are unlimited, and the app installs on every device your firm uses. No add-ons and no tiers. Card and ACH payment processing is billed separately at 2.75%, or 2.25% at volume.
How hard is it to switch from another system?
Not hard. Migration is free, with a dedicated onboarding specialist and import tools for your matters, contacts, invoices, and trust balances, and zero downtime during the move.
What does CaseFuze connect to today?
Read-only Plaid bank feeds, card and ACH payment processing, and an open API. Bookkeeping is built in rather than integrated, so bank transactions are split and applied to matters inside CaseFuze and there is no second ledger to reconcile against. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email and calendar are in build, with cloud storage after them.
How secure is my data?
Bank-grade security, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and full audit logs. See the Security page for detail.
Do you give refunds?
No. Every fee paid to CaseFuze is non-refundable, including part-months and seats you stopped using. What you control is when you cancel: the plan is month to month, cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and nothing bills after that. The full position is on the Refund policy page.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. CaseFuze is month to month and you cancel whenever you want. There is nothing to sign for a year.
Can a solo firm buy a single seat?
Yes. One user is a normal order. CaseFuze runs firms from a single solo attorney up to multi-state practices with a thousand users and more, on the same $49 plan and the same feature set. A solo gets IOLTA trust accounting, the AI agent and online focus groups on day one, and nothing has to be repurchased at a bigger tier when the firm grows.
Is there a free trial?
There can be. Contact us to see how you can use our app for free. Conditions apply. Otherwise it is $49 per user, per month, with every feature on and migration and onboarding included.
Do you charge per matter or per client?
No. The $49 is per user, per month, and that is the only number. Open three hundred matters and the bill does not move, because there is no per-matter fee, no per-client fee, and no usage metering.
What happens above 25 users?
Volume pricing applies over 25 users. The plan is the same one — every feature, unlimited matters and storage — with a per-seat figure worked out for your headcount. Tell us your seat count and we will quote it.
Can I use CaseFuze on my phone?
Yes. CaseFuze is a progressive web app, so you open it in your phone's browser and install it to the home screen. Nothing comes from an app store, and it installs the same way on iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac. The whole platform is reachable from a phone, though the heavier work — a billing run, a month-end reconciliation — is still easier on a full screen.
