Legal software integrations that start where the money moves.
A read-only bank feed, bookkeeping and payments in one system, with an open API for the rest. Email, calendar and cloud storage connections are in build.
The money side is already connected.
The bank feed, the bookkeeping and the payments are one system rather than three that have to agree with each other at month end. Email, calendar and cloud storage connections are on the way.
- Bank in sync. A read-only Plaid feed brings every transaction in.
- Books in one place. Transactions are split and applied to matters here, not exported to another ledger.
- Extensible. An open API for anything custom.
Connected
3 liveThe money side is connected today.
The bank feed, the bookkeeping and the payments are one system. The rest of the stack is being connected in order of what firms ask for most.
Plaid bank feeds
A read-only Plaid connection pulls transactions in from your trust and operating accounts. It can see the account to reconcile it and can never move money out of it.
Bookkeeping built in
Split an incoming bank transaction, apply the parts to the matters they belong to, and reconcile. The books live here, so nothing has to be exported to a general ledger and agreed with later.
Card & ACH payments
Take card and ACH on any invoice, with American Express at the same rate, and every payment routed to the correct trust or operating account.
Open API
Read case and client data, create or update records, and trigger workflows to connect anything custom.
Data import & migration
MyCase imports directly, Clio is next, and anything else comes in from CSV or a database export with custom field mapping.
Email & calendar Coming soon
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, so case-related mail and calendar entries file themselves to the matter. In build now.
Cloud storage Coming soon
Connect the drive your firm already keeps files on, alongside the documents stored on the matter itself.
Telephone & VoIP Planned
Sync your phone system to log calls against the matter automatically, click a number to dial, and attach call recordings to the case file, no manual note-taking.
Bank feed → matters
ReconciledYou don't need a second accounting system to close the trust account.
Transactions arrive from the bank through Plaid. You split them, apply the parts to the matters they belong to, and the three-way reconciliation runs across the bank, the transactions in the app, and each client's trust ledger. Nothing is exported, so there is no second set of books to keep in agreement.
- Split at the source. One deposit becomes the several matter entries it actually represents.
- Applied to the matter. Every transaction lands on a case, so the client ledger is current rather than reconstructed.
- Three ways, one screen. Bank, app transactions and client trust ledgers reconciled together.
What gets connected next.
Named because firms ask, and dated only when it is close.
Google Workspace Coming soon
Gmail and Google Calendar, with case-related mail matched to the matter by sender and subject and filed with its attachments.
Microsoft 365 Coming soon
Outlook mail and calendar, filed to the matter the same way, for the firms that run on Exchange.
